Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is the main international airport serving the city of Taipei and the island of Taiwan. TPE is one of the busiest airports in Asia and continually ranks among the best on the continent.

TPE airport features two parallel runways that service the airports two terminals. Terminal 1 and 2 services a mix of international and domestic flights with a third terminal currently under construction.

The airport serves as hub for China Airlines and EVA Air as well as serving as focus city for Cathay Pacific. The airport is also serviced by another 58 airlines that offer flights to cities across Asia, Oceania, North America, Europe and the Middle East.

The airport is located in Dayuan, Taoyuan, approximately 40 km from Taipei. The Taoyun Airport MRT connects both terminals 1 and 2 with Taipei via dedicated airport stations. Taxis and rideshare services are also available.
