

Mercedes Benz Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Atlanta, Georgia. The stadium opened in 2017 and features a maximum capacity of 73,019. The stadium is the home ground of the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC.
The stadium was built to replace the Georgia Dome, the city’s former stadium. The stadium features an impressive design that has utilised some of the most advanced ideas ever used in the design of stadium. The venue’s most famous feature is the pin wheel style retractable roof. Below the roof, a halo video board is installed that is one of the largest ever installed in a stadium.
The stadium is located close to the centre of Atlanta. The stadium is also accessible via the city’s MARTA public transport system, with the GWCC/CNN and Vine City Stations located close to the stadium.
