

BlueBet Stadium is a multipurpose stadium located in Penrith, a city located 55 kilometres from the centre of Sydney. The stadium opened in 1967 and currently features a seating capacity of 22,500.The stadium is also known as Penrith Stadium when used for international sporting events.
The stadium features a simple design with two seated grandstands and an unseated ‘hill’ at each end. A hill end is a popular feature of most suburban rugby league stadiums providing general admission seating to spectators.
Currently the stadium is primarily used for rugby league, rugby union and select association football matches. BlueBet stadium currently serves primarily as the home ground of the rugby league team Penrith Panthers.
The stadium is located close to the Penrith central business district and adjacent to the Penrith Leagues Club. The stadium is easily accessible via the Sydney’s train network, alight at Penrith station which is located approximately 20 minutes away.
UPDATE: The stadium is currently closed for renovations and is expected to reopen with a larger capacity and updated amenities.
