Gallon is a bar located in Pyrmont, an inner-city suburb of Sydney. The bar is located within one of the area’s historic sandstone buildings. 

The bar specialises in gourmet pizzas and features an extensive wine list with salads and other pub classics also on the menu.

All can be enjoyed in the bar’s open-air courtyard or the cozy front bar.
