The Quarryman’s Hotel is pub located in Pyrmont, close to Sydney’s CBD. One of the area’s oldest pubs that has shifted its offering recently in order to cater to modern tastes.
The first pub to occupy the site was O’Donnell’s hotel in the 1880s before the current hotel was established in 1911. The name of the pub references the former sandstone quarry which located in Pyrmont with much of the sandstone used to build several of the city’s first buildings.
The pub has become known as one of Sydney’s best craft beer pubs with a rotating selection of craft beers available across the venue’s 34 taps. The pub also features a small outdoor rooftop section with city views.
