
Tangier-Ibn Battouta International Airport is an international airport serving the city of Tangier in Morocco. The airport is named after famous Moroccan explorer Ibn Battuta who was born in Tangier.
Although not serving as a hub for any major airlines, the airport does serve as a focus city for Air Arabia Maroc and Royal Air Maroc. The airport is served by another 15 airlines that offer flights to cities across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The airport is connected to the city via a dedicated bus line which takes 40 minutes to reach the terminus at Tangeir Station. Taxi services are also available via Grand Taxis which have a dedicated stand outside the airport.
