Santa Fe Depot is the principal train station serving the city of San Deigo. The station is the third busiest across California and 10th busiest on Amtrak’s national network.

The main station building dates back to 1915 and was built in the Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style. The current station replaced the former Victorian style building and was built to service visitors to the 1915 Panama-California Exhibition.

The station serves as the terminus for Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner service and the Coaster railway service which run’s to San Luis Obispo and Oceanside respectively. The San Diego Trolley light rail network also features a stop at station on both blue and green line.
