The Captain Cook Hotel is an historic pub located in Millers Point, an inner-city suburb of Sydney. The pub is one of the oldest in the area having been established in 1874.
Once a popular spot for wharf workers and crew from ships docked nearby, the pub currently caters more to the local community, definitely the area’s locals pub.
Although the pub doesn’t feel as historic as other venues in the surrounding area, due to the majority of the interiors having been modernised, you’ll find plenty of outdoor seating and regular live music.
