TRIP Located in Carlton, a suburb of southern Sydney, Jubilee Oval Is a multi-purpose stadium that has a capacity of 20,500. The stadium is predominately used for rugby league, but is also used for football matches.

TAP Jubilee Oval consists of one main undercover, seated grandstand as well as a smaller, open-air stand at the northern end of the stadium. The rest of the stadium features an unseated ‘hill’ area, a common feature of many suburban football stadiums in Sydney. The stadium’s smaller size means that regardless of where you’re seated (or standing), you’ll feel close to the on-field action.

As is the case with most suburban football stadiums, however, the facilities may fall short of some visitor’s expectations. Food and drink facilities, for example, struggle to meet demand, and getting around the stadium can be difficult when the stadium is at or near capacity. Despite these issues, the stadium has plenty of character and boasts an intimate atmosphere, absent from most modern Australian stadiums, making it a perfect place for sports fans to enjoy a game.

GO The best way to get to Jubilee Oval is via the Sydney Trains rail network (Carlton station). Check Trip Planner for the best way to get there from your location.
