

Daiwa House Premist Dome is a stadium located in Sapporo, Japan. The stadium opened in 2001 and features a seating capacity of 40,476 which is adjustable depending on the event held. The stadium is the home ground of Japanese football team Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo.
The stadium featured a revolutionary design when opening 2001, becoming the first stadium in the world to feature a retractable field that could convert between a football and baseball configuration. Other popular features of the stadium’s design is the observation deck that protrudes from the stadium’s chromed exterior design.
The stadium also served as the home field of Japanese Baseball team Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters from 2004 until the team moved into their own baseball specific stadium in 2022. The stadium also hosted games at the 2002 FIFA World Cup, 2019 Rugby World Cup and 2020 Summer Olympics.
The stadium is easily accessible via Fukuzumi Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway’s Tōhō Line. Once exiting the station, the stadium is located a short 10-minute walk away.
