Billy the Pig is a bar located in Bondi Junction, an eastern suburb of Sydney. The bar occupies the lower level of the former Eastern Hotel.

The bar has been described as a love letter to the classic Australian pub due to its Australian inspired menu and laid back atmosphere.

The bars name references the former publican of the Eastern Hotel and his infamous treatment of visitors.

Billy the Pig is only a temporary residency but we can only hope the doors of the historic Eastern remain open after their time is up whether it be in its current form or as something new.
