Pub Review: Paragon Hotel, Circular Quay, Sydney

The Paragon Hotel is pub located in Circular Quay, Sydney. The building housing the pub was built in 1868 although the pub itself has changed significantly over the past 150 years.

Formerly occupying the whole corner building at Circular Quay, the current iteration of the Paragon Hotel has been resigned to the back left corner on Loftus Street with the majority of the building now occupied by a McDonald’s.

The venue consists of two distinct areas, the lower-level front bar which opens out onto a small outdoor section and the upper-level Garden Bar an indoor/outdoor space that features plenty of natural greenery.
