Mamasamba is a Latin American inspired bar and restaurant located in Rosebank, a northern suburb of Johannesburg. Recently opened the venue has become of the areas best due to its unique settings and varied menu.

The lower level features a spacious restaurant area with lush greenery and Copacabanaesqe wavy floor tiles. Upstairs you’ll find the lounge area centred around the main circular bar area which is overseen by a sculpture of the Mamasamba gorilla. 

The menu features a mix of barbecued meats and fresh sushi. Behind the bar you’ll find an extensive drinks menu featuring signature Latin inspired cocktails and wide selection of rums and tequila.
